Terms of Service
You MUST read my terms of service before commissioning me to ensure that you
know what to expect of me and what I will expect of you in the commission process.
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service listed below. Please read them thoroughly and with consideration. Thank you.
Payment:
-
All commissions must be paid for up front via PayPal.
-
Payment plans may be discussed under for orders over $400.
-
When your payment is completed relative to other orders will decide your place in my work queue.
Shipping:
-
Customer is responsible for shipping to me.
-
On orders over $400, return shipping (from me to the customer) is free of charge in the US.
-
On orders less than $400, return shipping (from me to the customer) is the customer's responsibility.
-
Customer is responsible for any supplemental shipping costs (i.e. overnight, express, etc.).
Refunds:
-
For orders of $100 or less, no refunds.
-
For orders over $100, up to 50% refunds may apply, depending on circumstances.
-
For orders over $400, up to 70% refunds may apply, depending on circumstances.
-
Refunds are NOT guaranteed.
-
Upon a refund, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Minors:
-
I will not take a commission for a brand new head from a minor. Proof of age is required.
-
Minors are eligible for all other commission types: Refurbishments and Small Parts.
My rights:
-
I reserve the right to turn down a commission from anyone.
-
I reserve the right to cancel a commission on my own accord (customer will be refunded in full).
-
I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to disrespectful customers (refund policy will still apply here).
Additionally:
-
Measurements are required for some commission types. The customer is responsible for correct measurements. I am not liable for incorrect fitting due to incorrect measurements.
-
I will not take a commission for any characters that are previously copyrighted or belong to anyone but the commissioner.
-
Inside a fursuit, it can get very hot, visibility is very limited, and moving can be awkward, especially if you are inexperienced. Please suit responsibly. I am not responsible for any harm or injury that may come to you, or damage that may come to your fursuit while you are wearing a suit made or refurbished by me.
-
I do NOT work on a deadline. Fursuit-making is a hobby, not a full-time job for me. Please respect that I am not only a fursuit artist, but also a digital artist, successful student, competing athelete, and a social friend, and I will not be able to devote all of my time to your commission. I will do my best to make sure that your order is finished and shipped in a timely manner, but please recognize that my schedule changes from time to time, and I may not be able to constantly get work done. However, I can certainly provide a rough estimate of a completion date and regular progress photos. Rough completion time estimates can be found on the 'Prices' page.
